VisionWeb Begins Integration with Digital Vision Inc.'s Lab Management Software
Integration to Further Automate Lab-to-Lab and Eyecare Provider Orders
Austin, Texas - January 12, 2004 - VisionWeb, L.P., the online service to help eyecare providers streamline and simplify their practices, announced today that it is working with Digital Vision, Inc. (DVI) to automate eyecare product orders through VisionWeb and the DVI lab management system.

The ability for labs running DVI's lab management software to send and receive orders via to the VisionWeb service will provide our customers an even greater flexibility in their choice of labs. This relationship brings VisionWeb one step closer to realizing our goal of connecting eyecare providers with their choice of labs in a method that is most convenient to them."
Initially, this software interface will allow labs running DVI's lab management software the ability to electronically transmit orders for spectacle lenses to other labs outside the DVI system through VisionWeb. The second phase will enable these labs to electronically receive orders directly from eyecare providers who are VisionWeb members.
