VisionWeb to Integrate with Crowell Systems’ Medformix® Practice Management Software
Austin, Texas – April 1, 2006 – VisionWeb, the online service to help eyecare providers streamline and simplify their practices, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Crowell Systems, a leading provider of integrated clinical and organizational management systems for the healthcare industry.
Under the agreement, the two companies will integrate VisionWeb’s spectacle lens ordering capabilities into Crowell Systems’ Medformix® practice management software. This new function will allow eyecare practices using Medformix to place spectacle lens orders to, and receive order status from, hundreds of optical laboratories, all from within the Medformix system.
