Click on the Start button on the Windows tool bar. The operating system is shown on the left side of the pop-up menu.

3. Select "About Internet Explorer." Cipher strength should be 128 bit. If less than 128 bit, click on "Update Info" to access the Microsoft site and follow the instructions provided.

2. Press [Ctrl] and [d] simultaneously. (AOL users press [Ctrl] and [+].)

5. Scroll Down to "Cookies" section.
6. Enable both sections (Click on selections) 1. Allow cookies that are stored on your computer 2. Allow per-session cookies (not stored)
7. Click on "OK" button to close box

2. Click on "Internet Options".
3. Click on "Delete Files" button in the Temporary Internet Files section.
4. Click in box for "Delete all offline content".
5. Click the "OK" button (this will remove the items from your browser's cache).
6. Click the "OK" button to close.

3. Click the "Settings" button in the Temporary Internet Files section.
4. Click on "Automatically".
