KEYMEDICAL SOFTWARE ANNOUNCES INTERFACE WITH VISIONWEB 

KeyOptical® inventory and dispensing software will integrate with VisionWeb Spectacle Lens Ordering

Lebanon, IN, February 8, 2008 – KeyMedical Software, provider of ophthalmic-specific optical inventory, electronic health records and practice management software, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with VisionWeb, the online service to help eyecare providers simplify their spectacle lens ordering, to provide one step ordering from KeyOptical’s spectacle ordering module to VisionWeb-connected labs.
 
Instead of having to enter orders into glasses ordering software for inventory and billing and then having to re-enter that order into spectacle lens ordering software for the lab, KeyOptical® users will be able to do everything in one place.  They will be able to enter orders into KeyOptical® and at the same time, inventory tracking, billing and ordering the lenses from the lab will all be accomplished.  Users benefit from increased efficiency and accuracy as well as the savings they receive from using VisionWeb.
