Order Status | Viewing Order Status

In the Order Status section, you can view order detail, the status of the order as provided by the supplier, and select orders to archive. You can view Order Status in two ways:

  1. Search for a specific order and its status
  2. Sorting orders by type of order, submission date or by patient last name

A. Searching for an Order:
To search for a specific order, enter any or all information for the following fields:

  1. E-Order # – The order number is a unique, alpha-numeric number that is assigned to each order and is provided on the Order Details page. For spectacle lens, contact lens, and frame orders, the order number will begin with “SP”, “CL”, and “FR”, respectively. If you know the exact order number, enter it into this field and click the “Search” button. If you only know the type of order, enter the first two letter of the order number (ex: “SP” for spectacle lens order) and click “Search.”
  2. Patient Last Name – If you know the first letters, or the entire last name of the patient on the order, enter it into this field and click the “Search” button. Your results will be narrower if you enter the entire last name of the patient. Your results will be broader, if you enter only the first part of the last name.
  3. Supplier – If you would like to search for the order and its status by supplier, select the specific supplier in the drop-down menu. You may only select one supplier to search by at a time.
  4. Search – After you enter search criteria and click the “Search” button, your results will be displayed in a tab view for you to sort further.
